Exclusive Incentive Athens – Santorini – Mykonos

OM DMC designed and delivered an exclusive incentive journey for the top-performing employees of a leading global agricultural technology company from Brazil and their partners, welcoming 38 guests across three iconic Greek destinations.

The experience began in Athens with a curated visit to the Acropolis and Parthenon, followed by dinner overlooking the Sacred Rock. Next stop was Santorini, with a stay at a boutique resort, a visit to Oia, followed by a private dinner with a breathtaking view of the Caldera, including a visit to Fira with a pre-dinner visit to Venetsanos Winery.

The journey’s spectacular highlight was private helicopter transfers to Mykonos, with eight helicopters transporting the group. The island programme combined beachside experiences, private sailing, exceptional dining, and traditional Greek entertainment, culminating in a private farewell celebration.
