5 Wellness Tips during Events


Travelling abroad for an event should be a well -rounded experience, with a ‘want to go back’ desire.  It must be educational, provide comfort, enrich you with new knowledge, trigger your senses and generally offer a feel-good sensation or euphoria, as we say in Greek.

In addition, one factor is of utmost importance and that we always try to incorporate within our proposals and that is no other than that of Wellness, a trend that has steadily grown in popularity within the MICE industry.  Here are 5 wellbeing tips to be considered during events, either for a pure incentive or for an arduous conference gathering.

First and foremost,  emphasize the Hydration factor by suggesting juice bars, smoothie stations and herbal teas for any kind of break or stopover;  Second, to plan Breathing sessions which is proven to greatly reduce stress, part of a technique first developed back in the 70s by cardiologist Dr. Herbert Benson at Harvard Medical School; third to offer tasty Healthy Meals and snacking with locally sourced ingredients, avoiding frozen and processed options; fourth to incorporate Walking activities for an energising boost and fifth but not least to add the element of a CSR activity with our motto Give a Hand to help the local community and receive immense gratification.
